The Heye Cloud Ecosystem: Trust Infrastructure for the Legal Cannabis Industry — Heye One™ Digital Product Verification & Operations Platform

The legal cannabis industry lacks a reliable, consumer-facing mechanism to verify product authenticity, laboratory testing, and packaging integrity at the point of purchase. This working paper presents the Heye Cloud Ecosystem, a technology platform centered on Heye One™, which combines two complementary verification layers—HeyeDNA™ for laboratory-linked product identity and HeyeSeal™ for tamper-evident packaging authentication—within a unified operator and consumer platform. The paper describes the trust gap affecting consumers, licensed operators, laboratories, investors, and regulators, and outlines the proposed product architecture, data governance framework, New York State market context, go-to-market strategy, business model, legal and regulatory positioning, competitive analysis, execution roadmap, and risk factors. It also documents an extended ecosystem of future concepts, each explicitly classified as Committed, Directional, or Brainstorm to distinguish funded plans from long-term ideas and exploratory concepts. Prepared as a company working paper and dated inventor's record, this document is intended for investors, prospective operator partners, legal counsel, and other stakeholders evaluating digital trust infrastructure for the regulated cannabis industry. It distinguishes established facts from future vision, identifies areas requiring legal and technical review, and emphasizes transparency regarding assumptions, limitations, and open questions. This work is not a peer-reviewed scholarly publication and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
