Microbial Biosurfactant Modification of Caribbean Heavy-Oil Asphaltene Colloidal State: A Falsifiable Laboratory Framework Technical Communication - Request for Experimental Collaboration

Technical Communication presenting a falsifiable experimental framework investigating whether reference microbial biosurfactants (surfactin and rhamnolipids) can induce measurable interfacial and colloidal modifications in asphaltenes from Caribbean karst-carbonate heavy oils. The manuscript provides a complete laboratory framework, including a graphical abstract, experimental design, knowledge-gap analysis, statistical approach, controls, expected limitations and explicit falsification criteria. This work is intended as an open invitation for experimental collaboration and independent laboratory validation by researchers in petroleum engineering, colloid and interface science, environmental microbiology and petroleum geochemistry. It does not present an industrial technology or validated process.
