Bridging the Gap: Aligning Project Administration with Access to Digital Research Infrastructure — Final Report and Recommendations

This final report presents the findings and recommendations of the Bridging the Gap project, funded by the National Federated Compute Services NetworkPlus. The project examined how information created during research project administration could support more coordinated and automated access to digital research infrastructure. Drawing on stakeholder engagement, a landscape review and technical analysis, the report identifies gaps in current practice and sets out recommendations for improving governance, interoperability, project information flows, access provisioning and offboarding. It should be read alongside the project’s landscape review and implementation blueprint.
