Ishikawa Diagram: Analysis of Teachers' Perceptions of Students' Linguistic Needs for OER Design

This repository contains the Ishikawa (fishbone) diagram developed during the Design Thinking process in the study From Teachers’ Perceptions to an OER Design: A Design Thinking Experience in Mexican EFL Higher Education. The diagram was created to organize and visualize the causes and sub-causes of the linguistic needs and learning challenges identified by English teachers during the interview process. It served as a supporting analytical artifact for synthesizing participants' perspectives and informing the design of the Open Educational Resource (OER) prototype. This material is shared to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research.
