Majorbio Cloud 2026 Update: An End‐to‐End Solution for Proteomics Research
Summary Majorbio Cloud provides a one‐stop proteomics platform for proteomics and multi‐omics analytics. It offers specialized workflows with field‐tailored DIA pipelines for medical, plasma, and agricultural research. The upgraded DIA workflows support 3D/4D MS data, automated QC, real‐time alerts, and diversified integrated visualization tools. A new phosphoproteomics workflow supports site‐level quantification and kinase‐substrate regulatory analysis. Its metaproteomics workflow allows joint microbial‐host protein analysis with multi‐level mining and interaction networks.
