AYURVEDIC CLASSIFICATION OF JALA BASED ON DESHA, MRITTIKA, PANCHAMAHABHUTA, AND RITU AND ITS THERAPEUTIC SIGNIFICANCE A COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW
Jala occupies a fundamental position in Ayurveda as one of the Panchamahabhutas and an essential determinant of health, nutrition, and disease management.
