Cortical/cerebral visual impairment: Assessment to intervention
Cortical/cerebral visual impairment (CVI) is an emerging cause of childhood visual impairment in developing countries such as India. Drawing on existing literature on global best practices in CVI, available assessment tools, clinical experience, and professional consensus, this paper presents guidelines for the clinical and functional assessment of children with CVI and outlines rehabilitative strategies to guide individualized interventions.
