Drawing on these studies, we developed a bibliographic analysis of the DSI General Directorate Technical Bulletin Journal, the focus of this article. A study was conducted on bibliometric analysis, a highly effective application/research method in the academic community, with the aim of providing future predictions and drawing concrete conclusions about the current situation. The analysis revealed that the continuity of institutional technical bulletins is crucial for the efficient and sustainable continuation of cultural heritage products. A strategic analysis of the DSI General Directorate Technical Bulletin Journal offers valuable insights for archivists and information specialists involved in digital preservation and heritage management.
