Effective Archimedean Stark Theorems over Real Quadratic Fields: Quadratic Support, Shintani Transfer, and CM Descent

Corrected paper and reproducibility archive for unconditional effective identifications of selected one-place archimedean Stark packets over real quadratic fields. The work develops a uniform quadratic-support theorem, an effective Shintani index-two transfer with certified height rigidity, and a cyclic-quartic CM norm bridge. Version 1.3 makes the computational taxonomy explicit: Engine A is an algorithmically closed exact-arithmetic stratum whose dominant per-character cost is a certified quartic-field class-and-unit computation, while Engines B and C require per-case certified analysis. It also records exact quadratic-slice peeling for mixed-support packets. The prior-work corrections from version 1.2 remain in force: Tate's classical quadratic rank-one theorem and Arakawa's related index formula are credited; Roblot's (A4) scope is stated precisely; and his totally-real-base squareness criteria are not used for Engine C's imaginary-quadratic divisibility input. The record contains the paper and supplement as directly previewable top-level PDF and TeX files, together with a self-checksumming companion archive of exact case data, Arb certificates, correction records, and compact proof-checking programs.
