Validity of Race-Based Traumatic Stress Symptom Scale for White Americans
This study presents findings associated with the validity of the Race-Based Traumatic Stress Symptom Scale (RBTSSS) for White Americans. The results indicate good model fit for the RBTSSS, with confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) supporting the scale’s measurement structure and its use in White samples. Additionally, measurement invariance was established across gender and social class within this population.
