Operator 6: Sub-space Spectral Sieve and Splicing Operator for Localized Complexity Clamping in SRE Dynamics

Within the framework of Status-Relational Entropy (SRE) dynamics, traditional global spectral decomposition over the Graph Laplacian matrix induces severe global synchronous synchronization stalls inside asynchronous distributed Actor architectures, with a temporal overhead scaling as O(n^3). To circumvent this cubic complexity redline and eradicate pipeline hanging, this paper develops and formalizes Operator 6, the Sub-space Spectral Sieve and Splicing Operator. Adhering to the Homogeneous Metric specification, the proposed operator constructs an implicit low-dimensional trial subspace by implementing Localized Sub-space Orthogonal Sieving via parallel Lanczos solvers, followed by Boundary Homological Algebraic Splicing under homological equivalence class constraints across overlapping perimeters. By projecting the global Laplacian operator onto this trial subspace, we establish the highly compact Rayleigh-Ritz Splicing Kernel (K_RR). This kernel successfully extracts the global prior spectral invariants—the Fiedler algebraic connectivity lambda_2(n) > 0 and the spectral radius alpha_n—without requiring the explicit construction or physical storage of the global matrix. We mathematically prove via the Ritz variational principle (Theorem 6.1) that the absolute approximation error is rigidly upper-bounded by the maximal subspace projection residual, ensuring quadratic polynomial convergence. Furthermore, asymptotic scaling analysis (Theorem 6.2) demonstrates that since the low-rank order k_rank is an immutable system-level hyperparameter (k_rank <= 6 << n), the parallel time overhead collapses into a constant O(1) bound and the nominal cubic cost of the kernel resolution phase degenerates into a fixed constant coefficient. Consequently, the leading-order term is fully decoupled from the macro-scale total node population, rigidly clamping the ultimate single-step computational overhead within the sparse sub-domain linear bound of O(m_g * k_rank).
