Nurses' Pay and Compensation in Relation to Workforce and Patient Safety Outcomes: A Scoping Review
This scoping review aims to map the existing evidence on nurses' pay and compensation in relation to workforce and patient safety outcomes. The review will identify how pay and compensation have been conceptualized and measured, summarize the outcomes examined, and highlight evidence gaps to inform future research and policy.
