Jomon Closed Curve Segment

A curve segment has two ends but no endpoints. The author joins a point to each end of a curvesegment. A curve segment thereby comes to have endpoints.Definition 1. A closed curve segment is a curve segment in which the difference between thecardinal number of its points and the cardinal number of its constituent curve segments is zero.
