Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeli g (SEM-PLS) to examine both direct and indirect relationship between variables. The result show that customer experience and local wisdom have significant effect on customer loyalty, both directly and indirectly through CRM as mediating variable. In addition, CRM plays an important role in strengthening the relationship between independent variables and customer loyalty. These findings indicate that improving customer experience, and integrating local wisdom must be supported by effective customer relationship management to optimally enhance loyalty.
