Targeting Obesity-Driven EMT In Breast Cancer: Where Is The Evidence? A scoping Review

The purpose of this scoping review is to summarise the available data on the cellular and molecular processes of obesity-induced EMT in breast cancer. This review aims to synthesize current evidence to determine if obesity accelerates the progression of breast cancer through the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition and to assess whether EMT-related pathways could be potential therapeutic targets in obesity-associated breast cancer.
