CNVS, Technical Document

## This new version of the technical document removes the expression "epoch.t," which could confuse readers about the CNVS domain because it suggests Lamport clocks. In the CNVS model, reconstruction is asynchronous because there is no vote. The expression "epoch.t" has been replaced with "t" ##This technical document formalizes the operational architecture of the measurement grid within the Closed Native Verification Systems (CNVS) framework. It details the procedural pipeline through which complex original data are normalized into typed topological structures, recursively decomposed into terminal fragments, and assigned to epistemically isolated local verifiers via opaque selectors. By strictly decoupling local measurement from global state validity, the CNVS architecture eliminates the reliance on traditional distributed consensus, quorum, or threshold mechanisms. Systemic reconstruction and candidate state acceptance are governed internally through relational consistency, hidden invariant binding, and a deterministic Global Veto function (V_G). Furthermore, the document introduces an exploratory telematic use case, proposing a CNVS-based high-assurance validation layer for network transport. Contrasting with standard TCP/IP architectures, this implementation introduces non-uniform fractal fragmentation, dynamic temporal tolerance for latency and congestion management, and bottom-up partial state verification. This ensures absolute payload integrity and strict adherence to static invariants at the network layer, preventing the propagation of corrupted states without exposing the semantic payload to intermediate routing nodes.
