The balance among the cost and efficiency & quality should be carefully considered that may include in the materials fee, labour salary & machine consumption besides the launch producing saving fee regarding the expanding factory area and flow-line in order to decrease the capital per unit. We should provide the fiscal year report that include the last year expense and coming year budget with good balance and a certain sale amount increasing rate. At the end, the scholar in his senior research and scientist in his academy & laboratory need to wield their capability to approach the key intrinsic rule as to a series of samples made by the experimental trial and theoretical principle, thereby they publish their advancement paper continuously in high-impact-factor journal that can be read by reader with various level to suggest and give advice so as to improve the actuality and instruction role.
