Successful Co‐Administration of Secukinumab and Dupilumab in a Patient With Psoriasis and Paradoxical Atopic Dermatitis
ABSTRACT Paradoxical atopic dermatitis (AD) can arise during biologic therapy for psoriasis due to an immune‐axis imbalance. We describe a 47‐year‐old man who developed severe AD while receiving secukinumab, which was successfully managed with the addition of dupilumab, allowing long‐term control of both diseases. The patient remained in sustained remission for 3 years without adverse events, supporting the potential efficacy and safety of concurrent biologic therapy targeting distinct Th17 and Th2 pathways in overlapping immune‐mediated skin disorders.
