Cu(I)-Catalyzed 6- endo - dig Annulation of 2-Bromoaryl Enaminones with Terminal Alkynes: Amine Exchange and Modular Access to Enamine Naphthalenones
annulation of 2-bromoaryl enaminones with terminal alkynes proceeding via Cu(III)-acetylide intermediates affords enamine naphthalenones in up to 94% yield, featuring broad substrate scope and good functional group tolerance. Amine exchange enables the modular incorporation of aniline and diverse secondary amines, significantly expanding molecular diversity.
