From Fold to Chemistry: An Exact, Parameter-Free and Machine-Closed Reconstruction of Chemical Science from Smithian Fold Theory

From Fold to Chemistry, version 1.2.0, reports the secure 86-law Chemistry foundation and all 90 field-wide extensions subsequently admitted through the same untouched fail-closed engine. The live documented surface contains 176 laws, 45,056 completely enumerated candidate decisions, 176 unique survivors, 704 adverse controls and 176 implementation-distinct reconstructions. One hundred seventy-five claims carry separate post-seal empirical packages; the operational classical-quantum correspondence is an independently reconstructed formal law. The headline results include orbit capacities 2, 6, 10, 14 and 18; nuclear closures 2, 8, 20, 28, 50, 82, 126 and 184; g-block opening at Z=121; Smithium at Z=126, N=184 and A=310; the structural endpoint Z=137; one zero-parameter carrier across thirteen molecular-property families and 9,025 source rows; the exact thirteen-row water entropy vector and phase jump 13637763/125000 J mol^-1 K^-1; 276 colligative records; ninety explicit isotope-effect ratios and three decay KIEs; aromatic support 6, 10 and 14 with a blind 150.39 kJ mol^-1 stability excess; and eight of eight composition-retaining rearrangement endpoints. Every claim section exposes its root dependencies, theorem, generated grammar, complete candidate census, sole survivor, coordinate-level eliminations, falsification controls, independent reconstruction, external evidence where present and immutable receipt. External observations test sealed consequences and never select the law. Favorable, adverse, absent and unresolved evidence remains distinct. The foundation is complete to the present standard but never permanently locked. The full Chemistry reconstruction remains active and extension-open: 97 declared operations remain after ORG-011, beginning with the pericyclic-reaction law. The paper includes the full-field roadmap and does not relabel unfinished coverage as completion. Maria Smith's authorship, the Ernos Labs open-source science mission, retained creative rights, CC BY 4.0 documentation, Apache-2.0 code, standards-designation conditions and public invitation to reproduce, criticize, extend or invalidate the work are integrated with the technical record. The PDF is deposited first for the Zenodo landing-page preview and the complete Markdown manuscript is deposited beside it.
