HELIX Hybrid Topological PQC Engine: Bare-Metal Benchmark Package (v1.1)
Bare-metal validation of the HELIX Hybrid Topological PQC Engine v1.1, framed as Proto-AGI: intelligence as a deterministic mesh rather than a single bounded model. Primary results obtained on Helix-CORE (Azure Standard_E16ads_v7). Pipeline: 10-crossing braid → SU(8) unitary matrix (Tr = −1+0j, |Tr| = 1.0) → SHA-512 topological seed → ML-KEM-768 / ML-DSA-65 (liboqs) → 64-dimensional BKZ lattice reduction with publication-safe Root-Hermite Factor correction (δ_corr = 1.0003525). All claims grounded in kernel traces, native liboqs bindings, and immutable CSV artifacts. Includes entropy/collision analysis, Kauffman–Jones state-space scaling, and full experimental metadata.
