An Information-Divergence Model for Residual Oscillator Frequency Shifts: Synthetic Validation and a Pre-Specified Experimental Test

We introduce a falsifiable information-theoretic model, termed the Time as Informational Resistance Theory (TTRI), for predicting residual period and frequency shifts in an oscillator after conventional physical disturbances have been modeled. The operational predictor is a channel-indexed Kullback-Leibler divergence. Two forms are specified before physical data collection: a linear response proportional to D and a quadratic response proportional to D2. The work includes frozen predictions, synthetic validation, sensitivity and power calculations, blinded controls, model-selection criteria, and explicit falsification rules. No confirmatory physical measurements are reported. Synthetic simulations establish calculability and pipeline performance under specified assumptions; they do not demonstrate that the proposed physical effect exists in nature. Version 1.1 editorial correction: dedicated cover page, separate abstract page, Introduction beginning on a new page, consistent headers and page numbering, controlled section spacing, references and appendices on new pages, and Spanish orthographic cleanup. Scientific equations, predictions, results, evidence level, and experimental claims are unchanged from version 1.0.
