Kinematic Coherence and Rational Harmonic Phase-Locking in the Globular Cluster NGC 6205
Standard models of globular cluster dynamics predict chaotic kinematic relaxation and random thermal variance among stellar populations. This study investigates isolated subsets of macro-vortices within NGC 6205 (M13) exhibiting anomalous structural rigidity and suppressed kinetic drag. Using astrometric and thermodynamic data from Gaia DR3, the central parsecs of M13 were filtered for stars demonstrating radial velocity variance of $< 2.0 \text{ km/s}$ and constant photometric output. K-Means clustering applied to the proper motion vectors ($\mu_\alpha$, $\mu_\delta$) reveals a highly coherent 40-node network partitioned into three distinct kinematic clusters. Centroid measurements indicate the transverse spatial distances between these clusters scale to rational integer resonances ($4:3$ and $16:15$). The uniform astrometric stability ($\text{RUWE} \approx 1.0$) and rational spatial distribution strongly suggest this subset operates not as independent gravitational bodies, but as a phase-locked, macro-cymatic standing wave within a continuous fluid plenum.
