«CE-LONG»: Chronic Endometritis — Long-term Observation & Guided Care
Integrated protocol CE-LONG (Chronic Endometritis — Longterm Observation & Guided Care) for the management of patients with chronic endometritis (CE), based on contemporary evidence-based diagnostic approaches (CD138 immunohistochemistry, Delphi 2019 hysteroscopic criteria, MUM1 as alternative marker) and treatment (multi-stage antibiotic therapy with control biopsies). The protocol is enriched with two key author components: (1) the «CE-ENDURE» patient endurance support program — a structured system of psychological, educational, and behavioral support for patients undergoing prolonged multi-cycle treatment; (2) the «CE-SELF» self-support program — a set of tools for independent monitoring ofsymptoms, medication adherence, and psychoemotional status outside the clinic. The protocol covers diagnosis, staged antibiotic therapy, efficacy control via repeat CD138 biopsy, reproductive care (RIF, RPL, IVF), relapse prevention, and long-term monitoring. The scientific novelty lies in the systematic integration of prolonged antibiotic therapy with endurance psychological support and self-support into a unified clinical pathway with defined touchpoints, timelines, and efficacy indicators.
