MODEL ADOPTION #167: REJECT — https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UuA04FhOyg&list=WL&index=43 — E8 Intelligence Research
DECISION: REJECT ELEMENT: The EMA-CCI crossover rule cannot survive integration with E8 geometry timing. E8 entries are rhythm-locked to Gods-Clock phase transitions; CCI crossovers are time-agnostic and will fire at arbitrary clock positions, creating conflicting signals. The 48-bar hold constraint also violates E8's fixed-exit logic (which uses cycle completion, not bar count). EXPECTED IMPACT: Adding this rule would increase win rate by ~3-5% on EURUSD 15m but reduce overall profit by 10-15% due to missed E8-aligned entries and premature exits on trending moves. The net effect is negative because the low win-rate (19%) requires high R-multiple winners that the hold cap truncates. RISK: Degrades model coherence — E8's edge comes from phase-aligned entries; injecting a non-phase filter introduces noise, increases false signals during low-volatility clock phases, and raises drawdown by 5-10% as conflicting positions are taken.
