The Global Pre-Geometric Quantum State and the Relative Residence of Consciousness

The Global Pre-Geometric Quantum State and the Relative Residence of Consciousness (UVM) is presented as a formally constrained speculative research programme in which one pure, timeless, pre-geometric quantum-relational state is foundational and spacetime, fields, particles, observers, and consciousness are emergent. Primitive events are represented through relational departures in phase, tension, connectivity, and structural complexity, with exact component-wise event-inverse compensation. Version 10.0 incorporates the complete conceptual and methodological specification through Question 63. It defines relabeling-invariant observables, finite versus global uniqueness, constraint-generated quantum graph amplitudes, operational filament criteria, topology-comparison and robustness standards, and recovery conditions for geometry, time, and observer-like organization. It also reports exact verification of a positive-semidefinite two-qutrit parent constraint and an encoded three-pair K3 stabilizer model. For positive parameters, each model has a unique compensated entangled zero-state and a nonzero spectral gap. These results establish finite calibration viability only. No unrestricted 729-dimensional six-qutrit embedding, continuum limit, Standard Model spectrum, Einstein dynamics, validated consciousness criterion, or unique empirical prediction is claimed.
