AI-Augmented Business Operations: An Integrated Decision Intelligence Framework for Business Analytics, GTM Engineering, and CRM Automation

AI-Augmented Business Operations: An Integrated Decision Intelligence Framework for Business Analytics, GTM Engineering, and CRM Automation Artificial intelligence has moved from an experimental technology to a mainstream operating requirement across enterprises, yet most organizations still struggle to convert AI adoption into measurable business value. This paper synthesizes current industry and analyst research on artificial intelligence in business analytics, go-to-market (GTM) engineering, customer relationship management (CRM) automation, and business process automation, and proposes an integrated conceptual framework referred to here as the Decision Intelligence Stack. The paper also introduces the AI Operating Maturity Model, a four-stage practitioner tool for assessing how deeply an organization has embedded AI into its decision-making processes. Drawing on secondary industry research together with the author's professional experience building CRM systems, GTM workflows, and a consumer wellness application, the paper argues that sustainable AI value depends less on which tools an organization buys and more on how deliberately it integrates data, analytics, automation, and decision governance. The paper closes with practical implications for business analysts, GTM and RevOps teams, market researchers, and export-oriented small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
