A provenance-typed source law for exact vacuum zero modes: All-order matter radiative stability and boundary codescent

This preprint formulates a primitive provenance-typed source law for exact matter vacuum zero modes. Under explicit source-projection, fixed-physical-branch, triangularity, and descent hypotheses, it proves conditional all-order non-mixing of the complete renormalization-saturated autonomous matter-identity lineage into local gravitational source or the physical geometric branch. A perturbative interacting scalar with a heavy threshold provides a nonempty matter-side compatible host. For matched non-null decompositions, the paper states a conditional common-parent diagonal codescent law that retains phase pressure, wall and junction stress, boundary counterterms, anomalies, corner data, and Casimir response. This work supersedes Governance-UV v1.2.0 and the use of CFI Section 6.2 as a proposed basis for the GCV radiative-stability claim. It does not supersede the separate Source-Assignment local theorem accepted for publication in Reports in Advances of Physical Sciences. The stricter fixed-physical-branch no-transfer law is introduced in this preprint. The deposited technical companion is an author-controlled, AI-assisted adversarial pre-publication verification record. It maps the claim boundaries and evidence, records reproducibility, and states explicit non-claims. It is not independent peer review or external certification and does not add theory beyond the claim-bearing manuscript. Abstract
