Structural Honesty Validation Protocol (SHVVP) v0.8 — A Carried, Frozen Preregistration for Cyber-Agent Structural-Honesty Validation
A frozen preregistration instrument for a cyber-agent structural-honesty validation program. It fixes axioms, labels, correspondence rules, baselines, estimands, thresholds, decision rules, route-level descriptive gates, analysis populations, missing-data handling, multiplicity control, and falsification conditions before any corpus, pilot, or session exists. It ships an executable descriptive route gate with a three-trust-root universe-commitment design (commitment authority, independent pre-commitment anchor, run logger; no runtime key override; signed and resolved commitment identifiers), an adversarial regression suite (35 checks), and a producer self-check verifier (10 gates). Manifest digest f82f9579d35b64e11e6f380e5af1b97e0da5fb1bc0fb046e71d93afc5039151c. Independently carried by two executing non-producer model families of different vendors (Kimi / Moonshot AI and Qwen / Alibaba), each of which ran the gate, recomputed the manifest digest, passed the suite and its own forgeries, and returned a matching sealed execution-challenge hash; the raw seat reports and a re-runnable verifier ship in seat_evidence/. See CARRYING_RECORD_v0_8.md. Versions 0.1–0.7 are HALTED and retained as history; the authority keys frozen here are reference keys and no private key is included.
