Taxonomic Exclusion and Signal Saturation in Centralized Intelligence Substrates
This article is a Structural Diagnostic from the CFIM360™ research lattice. It provides a mechanistic, first-principles analysis of the innovation bottleneck currently paralyzing deep-tech development. The work formalizes how legacy administrative gatekeeping and misrouted capital flows systematically exclude foundational architectural substrates. It defines Taxonomic Exclusion through the vector projection model, demonstrating why orthogonal breakthroughs are misclassified as "hobbyist projects." It defines Signal Saturation through the Signal-to-Noise Ratio model and the mathematical fragility of wrapper applications, showing the systemic risk of current capital allocation. This diagnostic is intended for systems architects, investors, and independent builders seeking to understand and bypass the structural barriers to deep-tech innovation. The analysis is grounded in cybernetics, systems theory, and a physics-first approach to architectural design, and links directly to the broader CFIM360™ framework for coherence and structural integrity.
