Master Spec v1.3: Temporal Resonance Modulation and Control Protocol Architecture in Non-Linear Dynamic Systems
Master Spec v1.3 presents a unified control-theoretic framework for resolving static transition impossibility in highly rigid non-linear systems. The specification defines a multi-parameter static potential surface based on four core system coefficients: exception-handling (lambda1), buffering (rho1), growth (alpha), and dissipation (delta). This potential landscape contains three geometric regions: a high-energy plateau (Region R), a critical saddle ridge, and a low-energy attractor basin (Attractor A). Under static evaluation, trajectories remain locked within Region R and cannot transition into lower-energy states. To overcome this limitation, the specification introduces a temporal resonance modulation operator modeled as a two-dimensional Gaussian kernel over frequency and pulse duration. When the system is driven within specific resonance windows, the dynamic potential is locally reduced, opening a stable pathway into Attractor A that is inaccessible under static conditions. This static–dynamic integration is formalized into a four-stage Control Protocol Architecture: diagnostic mapping, dual-key activation, dynamic modulation, and attractor convergence. The document includes geometric plots of phase space, potential surfaces, resonance maps, and the full protocol pipeline. Master Spec v1.3 serves as the abstract control layer within a broader hierarchical OS architecture, connecting developmental, neuroendocrine, cellular, and epigenetic system dynamics to a canonical non-linear control model.
