A provenance-typed source law for exact vacuum zero modes: All-order matter radiative stability and boundary codescent

This preprint formulates a primitive provenance-typed source law for exact matter vacuum zeromodes. Under explicit source-projection, fixed-physical-branch, triangularity, and descenthypotheses, it proves conditional all-order non-mixing of the complete renormalization-saturatedautonomous matter-identity lineage into local gravitational source or the physical geometricbranch. A perturbative interacting scalar with a heavy threshold provides a nonempty matter-sidecompatible host. For matched non-null decompositions, the paper states a conditional common-parentdiagonal codescent law that retains phase pressure, wall and junction stress, boundarycounterterms, anomalies, corner data, and Casimir response. This work supersedes Governance-UV v1.2.0 and the use of CFI Section 6.2 as a proposed basis forthe GCV radiative-stability claim. It does not supersede the separate Source-Assignment localtheorem accepted for publication in Reports in Advances of Physical Sciences. The stricterfixed-physical-branch no-transfer law is introduced in this preprint. The deposited technical companion is an author-controlled, AI-assisted adversarialpre-publication verification record. It maps the claim boundaries and evidence, recordsreproducibility, and states explicit non-claims. It is not independent peer review or externalcertification and does not add theory beyond the claim-bearing manuscript.Project homepage: https://johansson.digital
