Novel bi-heterocyclic-based Phosphine Ligands for Buchwald-type Amination of N-heterocyclic substrates
Palladium-catalysed buchwald-type amination has been developed and employed for carbon-nitrogen bond formation for a long time. Coupling of N-heterocyclic substrates has been a challenging task due to the unwanted coordination of nitrogen’s lone pairs to Palladium, leading to the low catalytic overturn. Inspired by the successful catalytic performance of mono-heterocyclic-based Buchwald-type ligands in C-C bond formation reactions, a new series of bi-heterocyclic-based phosphine ligands were designed and synthesised, with multiple substrate scope demonstrated
