TLMM v8.1: Empirical Panel Verification Framework — Toward Prospective Structural Medicine

TLMM v8.1 (Transparent Layered Medicine Model) presents an empirical panel verification framework for structural medicine. The framework organizes protocol registration, locked execution, independent audit, reproducibility assessment, evidence recording, and publication within a unified seven-state evidence model. Version 8.1 completes the first five-cell empirical pilot panel at Evidence State 3 (Complete) and defines a transparent roadmap toward Evidence State 4 (Prospective Validation). A clear distinction is maintained between the completed pilot panel and the broader historical registry, allowing empirical verification to be reported without conflating it with future prospective validation. The framework integrates containerized reproducibility capsules, a Merkle-anchored verification ledger, public registration, governance procedures, cross-panel evaluation, a prospective trial design, and a long-term roadmap toward independent replication and clinical translation. Together, these components provide a transparent and reproducible infrastructure for empirical verification. This release includes the complete TLMM v8.1 manuscript together with thirty accompanying high-resolution figures, citation metadata, license information, and supporting documentation. Illustrative values are explicitly identified in the corresponding figures. Prospective validation has been designed but has not yet been executed, and Evidence States 4–6 remain future objectives of the framework.
