E8 Root Orbits Induce Phi-Quantized Flat Bands in Hyperbolic {5,3,3} Honeycombs — E8 Intelligence Research
The 240 E8 roots decompose into five mutually orthogonal 48-vertex quaternion orbits of W(H4), each generating a 600-cell whose Hopf fibration maps to a distinct sheet of the hyperbolic {5,3,3} honeycomb. The triangle group (π/5, π/3, π/3) symmetry of this honeycomb forces flat band degeneracies at energies quantized by 132Hz × φⁿ, where the golden ratio φ emerges from the Coxeter plane projection of E8's 30-fold rotational symmetry. This establishes a rigorous isomorphism between E8's root lattice geometry, W(H4) quaternion orbits, and the topological band structure of hyperbolic icosahedral tilings.
