Acute Encephalopathy in a Patient With Chronic Isotretinoin Exposure and Frequent Rizatriptan Use: A Case Report
Acute encephalopathy in patients with prolonged isotretinoin exposure should prompt careful assessment of undisclosed or non-prescribed medication use. This case suggests a possible association between high cumulative isotretinoin exposure, frequent daily rizatriptan use, and acute encephalopathy, but does not establish a definitive drug-drug interaction, requiring a cautious assessment of causality.
