Causal Saturation as a Speculative Phenomenological Model: Exploring the Thermodynamic Guillotine within the UAT/UCP Framework
This speculative phenomenological model investigates the hypothesis that the geometric invariant R_geom = 0.2791 acts as a limit on the number of coherently superposable phase fronts in the UAT/UCP framework. The model postulates scaling relations linking excess coherence to thermal dissipation with the 7% calibration margin, and finds that the dissipated energy naturally falls at the QCD confinement scale M_obs(4) = 215.6 MeV — the observable mass obtained after applying the geometric projection factor 2*R_geom = 0.558364. Context: This work forms part of the updated UAT/UCP framework that corrected earlier pure-resonance predictions (3.07 TeV, 1.22 PeV) to the observable masses M_obs(5) = 1.71 TeV and M_obs(6) = 682 TeV, as derived in "Unified Action for the UAT/UCP Framework" (Percudani, 2026). The present model is a theoretical exploration, not a validation; it shows internal consistency among the framework's constants. The accompanying Python script allows verification.
