Eppur si muove!

Position preprint. Sixth and final document of the Utilitarismus 404 (SVE) series. Adds no new axiom; executes the comparison "by declaredness and by fruits" scheduled by the audit paper's Fiducial Symmetry proposition. There is a class of human data — the birth of one's child, first love and love itself, vocation, grief, and the direct, unmediated experience of the Transcendent — with two properties: it is the most important class of data a human being ever receives, and it cannot be transmitted. Its epistemology is acquaintance, not description. From this the paper draws the only honest method: the Transcendent cannot be proved to another; what can be proved is that every system built to deny it destroys itself. Four results follow. First, expected-utility choice is formally ill-posed across transformative experience: the preference relation the calculus needs is changed by the very act it evaluates, so arg max E[U] is undefined precisely at the hinges of a human life. Second, the exclusion filter itself — "only what can be third-person serialized is real" — fails its own test, as verificationism did before it. Third, the canonical sieve: the utilitarian–materialist canon from Bentham to longtermism, together with a 151-work corpus of the current professional literature on physicalism, utility foundations, and consciousness (1958–2026, assembled via systematic Elicit extraction), is passed through the series' five filters; no work passes all five, and the honest confessions inside the corpus itself — Fishburn's lexicographic survey, Kim's "near enough," Strawson's forced mutation into panpsychism, a 2023 diagonal no-supervenience limitation — mark the same wall from inside. Fourth, the ten-generation test: on the closed ontology's own scalar (material continuation), no population organised around it has yet demonstrated even three consecutive generations of self-replacement, while covenantal communities pass ten as routine; the arithmetic is exponential and the stakes asymmetric, since failing your own metric is terminal only for the ontology whose metric it is. Nothing here proves God, and fiducial symmetry stands. But the deniers' systems are self-refuting, their canon fails the sieve, their fruits are self-erasing — and the datum, reported across millennia, cultures, and instruments, keeps occurring. And yet it moves. One figure (the ten-generation log-survivorship chart) and one table (per-work sieve verdicts) carry the argument; scope limits and open wounds are stated inline. Abstract
