Energy Generation as a Corollary of the Information–Equilibrium Account

An Information–Equilibrium Account of Gravitation, Cosmic Expansion, and Black Holes (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21302466) holds that gravitation, cosmic expansion, and black-hole radiation are three expressions of one process: regions of space in disequilibrium resolving toward equilibrium by the most probable route. This preprint records a corollary of that account which is not developed there. Every means by which human beings generate power is the same process harnessed: a disequilibrium resolving toward equilibrium, with a device placed in the path of the resolution. No new physics is proposed, no established result is disputed, and nothing here bears on the efficiency or the conservation of energy. This corollary is recorded for completeness and priority.
