From Planar Superradiance to Conical Curvature: Contrasting the UAT/UCP Topological Defect with Alù et al. (Nature, 2026)

Theoretical proposal and numerical exploration of a conical extension to the UAT/UCP 8-coil interferometer. We contrast the planar superradiance experiment of Alù et al. (Nature, 2026) – which extracts energy but remains in flat 2D space – with a 3D conical topology where the central coil is displaced vertically by 7% and driven with the Thermodynamic Overdrive factor (κ_crit/k_early ≈ 5.147). The model predicts a +1685% increase in the resultant amplitude, interpreted as a transition from sterile dispersion to a directional scalar attractor, analogous to effective gravitational curvature. This is a falsifiable theoretical hypothesis derived from the UAT/UCP framework constants; no experimental verification of the conical configuration has been performed. The accompanying Python script allows full parameter sweeps and independent verification of the calculations.
