Standard Without the Speed of Light
This work presents a fundamentally new standard for time, length, mass, charge, and temperature, based exclusively on the local resonant frequency f0=400/7≈57.142857f0=400/7≈57.142857 Hz. This frequency is derived from the geometry of the stellated tetrahedron and the α‑Triad — a three‑dimensional invariant unifying gravity, electromagnetism, and quantum action. The key distinction from existing standards (SI, BIPM, NIST) is complete independence from the speed of light cc. All derived measures (length, mass, charge, temperature) are constructed from the base frequency and geometric constants (φφ, 33), making the standard reproducible anywhere in the Universe without external calibration. The work includes: mathematical formalism (derivation of all standards from f0f0), technical specifications for laboratory assembly (cost < $1000, accuracy 10−1810−18), examples of applications in materials science, resonant energy, and space navigation, a Python simulation of α‑state dynamics in a tetrahedral lattice. The new standard requires no satellites, atomic clocks, high‑power lasers, or access to international metrology institutes. It opens the path to technological independence, decentralized science, and a unified geometric language for all of civilization.
