Ternary Phase Carrier: Colour Confinement, Generation Splitting, and Koide Dispersion
We record a single carrier hypothesis that would relate three otherwise separate facts of the fermionic sector: the exact non-observability of individual colours in the confined regime, the appearance of three massive generations, and the unit-dispersion (Koide) shape of the charged-lepton square-root masses. The proposal is one complex three-phase carrier $z_g = S + A\,e^{i(\delta + 2\pi g/3)}$, $g = 0,1,2$, read in two ways: its pure-phase part sums to zero over the three cube-root phases ($1 + \omega + \omega^2 = 0$), a collective and exact cancellation read as a centre-neutral, triality-zero shadow of colour neutrality; its real part $S + A\cos(\delta + 2\pi g/3)$ is the square-root mass profile of the companion note. In this reading the singlet amplitude $S$ is the master dial: $S = 0$ is the pure-phase, sum-zero regime (centre-neutral colour shadow); $S \neq 0$ opens the real-offset regime (positive masses); the balanced point $S = \lVert\text{doublet}\rVert$ is singlet–doublet equipartition (Koide, ${\operatorname{CV}} = 1$); and the phase $\delta$ places one generation near a node of the profile (the hierarchy). This is a speculative bridge, not a derivation. It does not derive the Standard-Model charge assignments, anomaly cancellation, or the charged-lepton masses. It identifies a candidate common origin for the colour triplet and the generation triplet, and states the explicit construction charge sheet that any realisation would have to discharge.
