Working hypothesis: three ocean "pumps" and an external astro-geophysical driver (Hypothesis note)

Hypothesis note (working hypothesis), not a confirmatory study and not a research article. We propose viewing global ocean dynamics as three coupled “pumps” (Antarctica—plunger / AABW; Equator—centrifugal with continental vanes converting latitudinal drift into western boundary currents; Arctic—vibrational / halocline exchange), possibly paced by an external astro-geophysical driver (geoid/gravity variations; phase slips triggered by Earth-rotation and planetary metronomes as triggers, not primary energy sources). An observational hint of Arctic ice (AMSR-2) coherence with mid-troposphere (500 hPa) more than with the surface (1000 hPa) is stated as needing a separate protocol, not as proof. No empirical tests of the global scheme are reported here. The note is not presented on behalf of AARI or any institution. Authors: Independent Researchers. Russian full text and English full text are included in the uploaded PDF.
