Operational Methodology for a Provisional Phase Shift System: Segmented Boundary, Multi-Frequency Drive, Neighbor Phase Scan, and Constrained Closed-Loop Control
This record presents an operational methodology for a provisional Phase Shift System based on a hypothesized universal complex-pair field. The methodology specifies segmented multi-frequency phase drive, neighbor-by-neighbor phase scanning, observer-based constrained closed-loop control, actuator identification, numerical proofs of concept, staged experimental acceptance gates, failure modes, falsification conditions, and safety stop conditions. The record contains English and Japanese versions of the paper, together with a machine-readable catalog of related works and a bilingual package README. The paper explicitly distinguishes established mathematical and engineering methods, project postulates, numerical model results, and unresolved physical coupling. It does not claim that a physical device has been completed or that the universal-field and phase-proper-time hypotheses have been experimentally established. The required mapping from physical actuator inputs to the modeled phase-progress rate remains subject to small-signal calibration, null tests, and independent measurement.
