Macroscopic Operational Lag Derivation over Discrete Spacetime Lattice and Quantum Unitarity Boundary Constraints of Cyclic Cosmic Dynamics

To resolve the physical singularity divergence problem encountered by general relativity’s continuum calculus at the Planck scale, this paper proposes an advanced hybrid cosmological andastrophysical framework that defines spacetime as an information processing system operating ona discrete lattice. First, we model the galactic rotation curve anomaly not by injecting unphysicaldark matter particles, but by deriving the macroscopic operational lag (Lattice Lag) of the spatialgrid rendering under massive star systems, where the peripheral acceleration converges strictly to afinite minimum real root. Second, the ultraviolet divergence problem of the Casimir zero-point energy is completely neutralized by applying the Euler-Maclaurin discrete truncation formula boundedby the Planck cutoff. Finally, we resolve the black hole information loss paradox by introducingan exponential throttling safety filter condition at the holographic event horizon pixels, preventinginformation destruction and proving 100% quantum unitarity preservation
