Successful Healing of a Completely Detached Articular Cartilage Fixed with Fibrin Glue

Abstract Articular cartilage has limited blood supply and injuries to the joint surface are known to have complications. We report a case of near total articular surface injury, that was retained as a free graft. Fibrin glue was used to fix the cartilage in place. The injury went on to heal well and the patient regained full function of the hand.
