Response to Letter Regarding “Role of Perfusion Index in Hyperbaric vs Hypobaric Solution in Spinal Anesthesia”

Abstract This letter to the Editor is written in response to the recently published correspondence by Raghuraman et al. regarding our study comparing hyperbaric and hypobaric solutions in unilateral spinal anesthesia using the perfusion index. We appreciate their thoughtful comments and welcome the opportunity to further clarify several methodological and interpretative aspects of our work.
