From Fold to Chemistry: An Exact, Parameter-Free and Machine-Closed Reconstruction of Chemical Science from Smithian Fold Theory
From Fold to Chemistry is the standalone branch paper for the Chemistry branch of the third clean-room reconstruction of Smithian Fold Theory (SFT). It documents 86 required claims across chemical measurement and identity, elements and periodicity, composition and stoichiometry, bonding and molecular organization, acid/base and redox structure, reactions and thermochemistry, catalysis and interfaces, stereochemistry and polymers, analytical chemistry and spectroscopy, plus the g-block, Smithium and periodic-endpoint predictions. Every required claim passes the single fail-closed admission engine with a complete generated grammar, exactly one survivor, root-theorem trace, zero axioms, zero free or fitted parameters, exact permitted arithmetic, four adverse controls and an implementation-distinct reconstruction. Empirical correspondence uses capability-closed prediction, post-seal target custody, complete source rows and tampered controls. The release separately documents five clean V3 physical prerequisites and two post-seal physical validations that force orbit capacities, the exact colour-sector coupling, the nuclear closure sequence, the terminal inverse fine-structure ratio and the atomic endpoint. Known IUPAC support through element 118 is distinguished from unobserved standing predictions for the 5g block, Smithium and element 137. The accompanying open release contains the PDF as the first previewable file, the complete Markdown manuscript, evidence maps, source records and a checksum ledger.
