COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF IMMUNOLOGICAL INDICATORS IN EARLY PREGNANT WOMEN WITH AND WITHOUT GENITAL INFECTIONS
This study examined changes in immunological parameters in women with and without genital infections in early pregnancy, up to 12 weeks. It was concluded that women with genital infections, compared to women without genital infections, exhibit less pronounced changes in cellular immunity in early pregnancy, up to 12 weeks, compared to proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory interleukins. These changes may indicate a lack of a significant proinflammatory immune response and may contribute to a favorable course of early pregnancy and the development of a full-term pregnancy.
