The Nature of Bayan: Between Innate Capacity and Acquired Mastery

Part 3: This version 1.1.0 is the third part of a research program on oral communicative capacity and the Theory of Bayan framework. This updated version introduces an expanded visual representation of the theoretical model proposed in the manuscript. It adds a conceptual figure illustrating the seven-stage architecture of the Science of Bayan presented in Section 3.1, including the recursive relationship between meaning reception, internal representation, transformation, expression, feedback, and adaptation. The added figure is intended to clarify the structural organization of the proposed framework and does not introduce new empirical claims or modify the theoretical propositions of the original manuscript. The paper continues to examine the relationship between the Science of Bayan, understood as a structured and learnable cognitive architecture, and the Art of Bayan, understood as the situated and experiential dimension of human communication involving timing, presence, judgment, and contextual performance. Rather than presenting Bayan as a simple opposition between innate ability and acquired mastery, the framework proposes The Balance as an integrative perspective and an invitation for further theoretical and empirical dialogue. This version extends the Theory of Bayan research program by improving the visual clarity and accessibility of its conceptual architecture.
